Membership FAQs: Your Questions Answered
How do I purchase a membership?
To purchase a membership, click on one of the membership images above.
You can also purchase in person at the ticket office or via phone on 01942 487888.
Can I pay for my membership monthly?
Yes, you can opt to pay for your membership monthly by selecting the “Pay Monthly” option at the final stage of the checkout process. The payment plan will be spread across the following months. If you sign up during October the payments will be 12 months, if you sign up during November the first payment will be 2 months initially and so on.
How is my membership category determined?
Your membership category (e.g., Under 5, 5-11, 12-17, 18-21, Over 65) is determined by your age on the day of the first game of the Super League season.
Can I link family accounts?
What happens if I lose my Membership Card?
If you lose your Membership Card, please contact the Leigh Sports Village ticket office immediately. You may be charged an administration fee to cover the cost of reprinting the card.
Until when will my seat be saved for renewal?
Your current seat will be saved for renewal until 7th November. After this date, your seat will be released and available for general sale.
Can I change my seat or stand?
To change your seat or stand, log into the ticketing system through your account, or use the renewal link in a renewal email sent to you. You will be able to select available seats or stands for future games. If you would like to move to north stand – please contact the ticket office to go on the North stand wait list (01942 487888).
Can I change my shirt size if included in the package?
If your membership package includes a shirt, you can update your shirt size during the renewal process. Be sure to select your preferred size before finishing your renewal.
Where is the family zone located?
The family zone is located in the East Stand, specifically in blocks G and H. This area is designated for families, providing a welcoming and safe environment for all ages with fun activities and visits throughout the season.
Are under 5's allowed in the North Stand?
No, children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the North Stand for safety reasons. Please consider other areas of the stadium when purchasing your membership, particularly the family zone.
Existing U’5 through the renewal process are permitted in the North Stand. New U5’s member will not be permitted to purchase in the North Stand.
I can’t access my account, what should I do?
If you are unable to access your account, you can reset your password by clicking the “Reset my password” link on the My Account page in the top menu. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with my membership?
For any issues related to your membership or ticketing, please contact the Leigh Sports Village ticket office, 01942 487888 or tickets@leighsportsvillage.co.uk. They will assist you with any enquiries or problems.
How do I know if my membership includes a discount for the club shop and away ticket purchases?
If your membership includes discounts for purchases this information will be outlined in your membership package details. Be sure to check your membership benefits to know what’s included.
When will I receive my membership package and card?
The club will be making these available in the second half of December and will contact you when yours is ready for collection.
Can I have my membership delivered?
Sure! You can select this option at checkout and we will deliver your membership box using our Courier, APC.
I have been a member but I haven’t received an email from the club. I cant remember my heritage number either how do I renew my membership?
Please contact the ticket office by phone or in person. Providing your name address and date of birth will enable us to locate your heritage number and check your email address is correct and send you the link to progress your membership. Contact us on 01942 487888 or tickets@leighsportsvillage.co.uk.
Can I join the Academy membership scheme to support our local talent?
Yes you can either make a one of donation or join via a monthly subscription. This option is selected during the check out process.
What happens if I pay monthly and then miss a payment?
You will be notified of your missed payment and your membership will be temporarily suspended until payments are brought up to date.
How do I move seats and get my free cat c ticket if on a Gold Plus membership?
Can I have my shirt personalised?
Yes you can purchase the shirt personalisation through the customer journey. If you have been auto renewed you’ll be able to add this to your membership from the 24th of October.
